Since 1997

A family story of land and hospitality

The farmhouse was the Arioni family’s country home and belonged to Stefano’s father. In 1997 we began restoring it and turning it into I Due Ghiri: a family story that continues from one generation to the next.

Today we still live and work according to the rhythms of Val di Vara, sharing the nature, food and traditions that are part of our everyday life with our guests.

Pets are welcome. Val di Vara offers green spaces and trails that are ideal for walking together, away from the busiest parts of the coast.

Where is Agriturismo I Due Ghiri?

We are in Località Usurana, Calice al Cornoviglio (SP), in Val di Vara in the countryside of the province of La Spezia.

How far are the Cinque Terre?

The Cinque Terre are approximately 50 minutes away by car, depending on the village and traffic. Our location lets you visit the coast during the day and return to the peace of the countryside.

What accommodation is available?

You can choose from rooms, an independent apartment and a studio surrounded by greenery. Full details are available on our accommodation page.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets are welcome; please tell us when booking. A supplement of €10 per pet, per day applies.

Can I have dinner at the agriturismo without staying overnight?

Yes. Dinner can also be booked by guests who are not staying at the agriturismo, subject to advance reservation.

Ein wunderschöner Ort mit tollen Gastgebern! Gaia und Stefano bieten auf ihrem Hof eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für Touren in die Cinque Terre. Aber auch alle anderen bekannten Ausflugsziele wie Carrara, Porto Venere, Lerici, Levanto, Rapallo, Portofino bis nach Pisa und Lucca sind bequem für Tagestouren erreichbar. Der Hof ist wunderschön und es herrscht eine herrliche Ruhe. Gaia bietet ein tolles Abendessen mit Produkten vom Hof, das ausgezeichnet schmeckt. Dazu gibt es erlesene Weine. Auch zum Frühstück werden lokale Produkte serviert und es fehlt an nichts. Gaia und Stefano sind tolle Gastgeber und bieten ein (für uns) perfektes Urlaubserlebnis! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und am Hof gibt es einiges zu Erkunden. Und es bieten sich herrliche Sonnenuntergänge!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta in questo Agriturismo: tutto perfetto dalla disposizione della camera, ai pasti (colazione e cena) cucinati in maniera deliziosa. Si è immersi nel verde a contatto con la natura, animali e ulivi, piante da frutto in totale relax. Da ritornarci sicuramente!!! Lo consiglio vivamente per chi cerca riposo e tranquillità.

Abbiamo festeggiato una piccola comunione in famiglia, cibo top, location piccola ma molto bella, qualche animale da guardare per i piccoli (coniglia, gallo nero, pavoni). Personale gentile e alla mano, gli accostamenti di gusto e sapori sono davvero al massimo. Consigliatissimo!

Parfait! Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cet Agriturisme. La nourriture est excellente, des plats typiques, délicieux et très copieux! Tout est fait maison, des produits de la ferme ou locaux, c’est un régal. Une cave à vin pour les amateurs de vins. Avec un emplacement géographique idéal pour visiter les cinque terre, porte Venere, la spezia, portofino, Rapallo, nous avons pu visiter facilement les endroits au bord de mer. Le logement est propre, grand et bien décoré. Le personnel est souriant, serviable. Je recommande vivement cet Agriturisme, c’est l’un des meilleurs que nous avons pu faire en Italie. Merci encore pour cette expérience, nous reviendrons!

Agriturismo immerso nella natura e poco distante dalle Cinque terre, La Spezia e vari paesini nei dintorni. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e sono stati in completo relax e silenzio circondati da ulivi e alberi da frutta. Al mattino ci attendeva una ricca colazione con prodotti freschi e interamente cucinati dalla padrona di casa Gaia (torte, succhi, il "caffè come una volta", confetture e pane fatte in casa, salumi, frutta) e alla sera ci deliziavano con piatti cucinati in modo sano e fresco, tutti prodotti dell orto a k0, pasta fatta in casa e tanto altro (ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo). Gaia e Stefano sono ottimi padroni di casa: cordiali e disponibili. Che dire...un luogo per rilassare la mente e da ritornarci sicuramente!!

Struttura molto curata, atmosfera familiare, posto bellissimo e tranquillo. I titolari, Gaia e Stefano, ti fanno sentire a casa, così come la figlia. Colazione eccellente, come la cena, con prodotti dell’agriturismo che testimoniano l’amore per il luogo. Ideale per una vacanza di relax, via dalla pazza folla, ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle 5 Tere e al mare

Agriturismo magnificoa conduzione famigliare, immerso nel verde,  rifugio perfetto per chi cerca il massimo della tranquillità. L'accoglienza è calda e familiare, capace di far sentire chiunque subito a casa.
Cucina genuina basata su ingredienti locali di altissima qualità, con piatti tradizionali ricchi di gusto. Il tutto è abbinato alla perfezione a un'ottima selezione di vini del territorio e non. Da non perdere!

Sulle colline della campagna ligure, a due passi dalle Cinque Terre, l’Agriturismo I Due Ghiri di Uana è una vera e propria gemma. È proprio quel posto speciale in cui desideri tornare per rilassarti dopo aver trascorso una giornata al mare, immerso nella quiete e nel verde.
Fin dal primo momento si respira un’accoglienza genuina e calorosa: è una struttura a conduzione familiare e la sensazione è proprio quella di essere accolti a casa.
È il luogo ideale per staccare la spina e trascorrere la domenica, un fine settimana o anche solo per fermarsi a prendere un aperitivo seduti sotto un olivo
Non ho ancora provato l’esperienza del soggiorno, ma non vedo l'ora di farlo: se la qualità dell'ospitalità rispecchia quella della ristorazione, meriterà sicuramente tantissimo!

     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ein wunderschönes Agriturismo, liebevoll errichtet und gepflegt von Gaia und Stefano. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto kann man La Spezia in ca 35 min. gut erreichen. Von dort aus fahren die Züge nach Ciqueterre. Auch viele andere schöne kleine Orte entlang der ligurischen Küste sind gut erreichbar.
Frühstück und insbesondere auch das von Gaia kreativ, superlecker und überwiegend mit Obst und Gemüse des Anwesens zubereitete Abendessen waren immer ein Erlebnis.
Wir haben die 2 Wochen bei ihnen sehr genossen und danken ihnen- ebenso wie den ebenfalls sehr netten Mitarbeitern für manch hilfreiche Ausflugsempfehlung und die zugewandte,  immer sehr gastfreundliche Art.

Nous y avons dégusté tous les soirs la divine cuisine de Gaia, accompagnée de vins tout autant délicieux sous les bons conseils de Stefano. Les petits déjeuners sont simples et bons. Les environs sont magnifiques et ne se limitent pas aux Cinque Terre. Nous recommandons grandement d’y séjourner espérons pouvoir revenir un jour.
